But let me disappoint you first: Jesus is not talking about that “place”.
We experience this from our special celebrations.
We reserve certain seats for the special guests.
Normally we won't sit at those places.

We can say, the Readings of this sunday express the same message in two different ways.
When we feel the first reading in positive sense, the Gospel is not that much positive for the first listening.
From the first reading of the Prophet Isaiah 66, we hear the plan of God there. God assembles people from every nations and language. He reveals his glory to them and select his messengers from them. That sounds pretty good and positive.

ക്രിസ്തു പറയുന്നു... “ഞാന് വന്നിരിക്കുന്നത് ഭൂമിയില് തീയിടാനാണ്”...എന്ന്.
എന്താണ് ഇതിനര്ത്ഥം?
ക്രിസ്തു അക്ഷരാര്ത്ഥത്തില് അത് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നോ?
ത്രീയേക ദൈവത്തില് ഒരാളായ ക്രിസ്തു അത് ചെയ്യുമോ???

Today we come across with a big problem.
Jesus says, “I have come to set the earth on fire”.
What does he want to say? What does it mean?
He wants to set the world on fire?
Jesus is a person in God; Can God do such a thing?
Fire for Jesus- in this context- is not the material fire ...
It has a different meaning, with a linguistic - spiritual significance.
It stands for the “commitment” for the “zeal” and the “sole” objective.
When Jesus “...wish it were already blazing”, then it has only one meaning.
People should recognize his Words and truth and learn and live it.

In the Collect today we hear three attributes of the Mother of God.
1. The Blessed Virgin Mary is the Mother of Christ.
2. She is the sign of hope and comfort.
3. She was taken to the heavenly glory with body and soul.
We deal with them today.
1. The Blessed Virgin Mary is the Mother of Christ:
She was an ordinary girl in Israel.
But God considers her as the mother of His Son. This was a rare and very special selection.
Mary, the Mother of God has her own unique place in the Church and in our faith.
Yes, in fact, every month we celebrate at least a Marian Feast or a memorial day.

സുരക്ഷിതത്വം എന്നത് മനുഷ്യന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാന ആവശ്യങ്ങളില് ഒന്നാണ്.

ആധുനികശാസ്ത്രങ്ങള് എല്ലാംതന്നെ സുരക്ഷയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടു പഠനങ്ങളും കണ്ടുപിടുത്തങ്ങളും നടത്തുന്നു. അതില് പ്രധാനമായത് നരവംശശാസ്ത്രം, സാമൂഹ്യശാസ്ത്രം, ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് എന്നിവയാണ്. കാരണം, സുരക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഇന്നത്തെ കാലത്ത് വിശാലമായ അര്ത്ഥതലമാണ് എന്നതാണ്. അത് വ്യക്തിയില് തുടങ്ങി, പ്രാദേശിക, ദേശീയ, അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര,, ഭുഖണ്ഡാന്തര വിഷയങ്ങളില് എത്തിനില്ക്കുന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ടാകണം ശാസ്ത്രങ്ങള് സുരക്ഷിതത്വത്തിനു ഇത്ര പരിഗണന നല്കുന്നത്.

സുവിശേഷത്തില് യേശുവിനെ സമീപിക്കുന്നയാള് നന്മയാണ് ആഗ്രഹിച്ചത്.
സഹോദരനുമായി സൗഹാര്ദ്ദത്തില് സ്വത്ത് പങ്കിടുകയായിരുന്നു
അയാളുടെ ലക് ഷ്യം. എന്നാല് എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് യേശു സുവിശേഷത്തില് ഇപ്രകാരം പ്രകോപിതനാകുന്നത്?
